Company Milestones
1995年
Built on the resilient spirit of "Integrity First, Step by Step," former Chairman Su Feng-nan founded "Sheng Yi Shin Enterprise." Originally focusing on the manufacturing of aluminum roll core tubes and automotive parts, the company established a solid reputation in the textile industry backed by a strong quality guarantee: "A full one-to-one replacement for any damaged aluminum roll core tube."
2011年
Transitioning from a wholesale distributor of industrial aluminum extrusions and CNC rod/tube stock to a customer-centric integrated solution provider, the company increased its capital to NT$15 million and officially rebranded as "Sheng Yi Shin ALTEK Co., Ltd." The following year, it earned ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification.
2012年
The company opened a new 2,200 m² facility in Tainan, maintaining an in-stock inventory of over 1,400 metric tons of raw aluminum. Equipped with dozens of CNC cutting machines achieving a precision tolerance of $\pm$0.05 mm, the plant delivers consistent quality and high-capacity production. In the same year, the company implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to streamline production, enhance inventory management, and move toward paperless operations.
2015年
To ensure top-tier material reliability for high-tech customers in science parks, the company introduced rigorous quarterly RoHS testing via SGS laboratories, ensuring its aluminum components comply with global RoHS and REACH directives.
2018年
Building on its ISO 9001:2008 foundation, the company upgraded its quality framework to ISO 9001:2015, maintaining continuous compliance and certification.
2021年
Expanding into the aerospace sector, the company adopted AS 9100D Aerospace Quality Management standards across its manufacturing process, entering high-precision industrial and aviation-grade metal markets.
2024年
The company integrated a fleet management system to optimize logistics and established a real-time ESG carbon footprint monitoring framework, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility.
2026年
Embracing Industry 4.0, the company integrated an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) system to connect machinery and enable real-time operational monitoring, advancing toward fully intelligent manufacturing.

產品檢驗能力
我們擁有各式物理、化學性質全套檢驗儀器品管設備，如金屬元素分析儀（Spectrometer)，洛式硬度計(Rockwell Hardness Tester) 、萬能拉力試驗機（Universal Testing Machine) 、 2.5D影像量測儀（Projector Measuring Instrument)等，依據各類不同﹝如 CNS、ASTM、JIS 等﹞進行全製程各項條件的相關檢驗與測試。
第三公正單位認證
每年度隨機委託金屬工業研究發展中心 (Mirdc)、台灣檢驗科技(股)有限公司（SGS) 檢驗各系列鋁合金原料，確保產品皆符合EU RoHS 規範，為客戶從源頭至後段製程品質把關，為出貨品質提供保證。
